10 minutes walk from wonderful sandy beach, near shops, Harwich port (for Hook of Holland & Esbjerg). A home from home, in the seaside resort with a unique charm and renowned for one of the best sandy beaches in Britain. Sleeps 6 (1 double, 1 twin and 1 twin for children), spacious fully furnished comfortable self catering bungalow with open fire and full central heating. Pleasant secluded gardens, in quiet residential area, with garage. "Inside the Gates", 10 minute walk from sea, or 2 minutes by car. TV, bath/shower, 2 WCs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cutlery and crockery and heating included. Sorry no smoking and no pets.
Available all year round. At least half of our guests return every year.

Accommodation: kitchen with dining area, lounge, bathroom with bath/shower and WC, second WC, 3 bedrooms, large hall, & spacious rear lawn.
What's included: holiday home rental, taxes, electricity, gas, VAT, duvets and pillows. Linen & towels (duvet cover, sheet, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel) may be hired for £6/person/week. Sorry cots are not provided. There are no other charges, except for a £15 agreement fee and any damage or breakage, and a £100 security deposit.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is from 2pm and departure by 10am. Cancellation terms: no refund once letting contract has been signed, but cancellation insurance is available on request.
Nearby facilities: nearest shops are in a thriving high street (Connaught Avenue) only 500 metres away.
Car parking: in the garage, driveway and street. Cycles can be locked in the garage.
Public transport: Frinton-on-Sea railway station is only 500 metres, as is the local bus service.

By Road:
From A12, at Colchester take A133 towards Clacton-on-Sea. At Weeley bear left onto B1033. At Frinton-on-Sea turn right over railway crossing into Connaught Avenue. After 400m, right into Ashlyns Road, 3rd right. Bungalow on left at the bottom of dip.

By Public Transport:
From Frinton-on-Sea railway station- 500 metres/yards. Walk out of station, 1st right into Witton Wood Road, 1st left into Upper Third Avenue, 1st right into Fifth Avenue, 1st left into Upper Second Avenue. Bungalow on right at the bottom of the dip.
