For open sandy beaches & seaside shops, cross the tidal causeway to leafy Mersea Island. Popular with windsurfers, the Blackwater Estuary is often decorated with brightly coloured sails and boats!

Take a dip in the fantastic indoor and outdoor pools, both new in 2007 or relax on the terrace areas enjoying the superb views. Kids will love the adventure playground and fun games with Sparky and his Krew! In the evening, enjoy occasional visiting cabaret in the Coastline Entertainment Centre.

By Road:
Take the A12 and head towards Colchester. Follow the signs for Colchester Zoo. Look for signs to Mersea Island. Follow the Mersea Road on to the island. Bear left into East Mersea. The Holiday Park is 50 metres on the right from the Post Office.

By Public Transport:
Bus service to West Mersea; take 5 minute taxi ride to East Mersea.
