Cosways holiday park is family run for privately owned and rental holiday homes. Set in 22 acres of mature Essex coastal countryside, the park looks over the stunning Blackwater Estuary. Our David Bellamy Gold award for is for environmental excellence and we also have a 5 star quality in tourism award. Offering a quiet, spacious and relaxing lifestyle, Cosways has an outdoor heated swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis court, children's play area, a safe sandy beach, boat launching, well stocked shop and on-site laundry. We have luxury holiday homes for hire. These have two bedrooms and comfortably sleep 6. They are available throughout the season from 1st March - 30th November. Our peaceful location provides a safe environment for all age groups to enjoy the countryside beach and recreational areas. Safe walking and cycling trails for you and your family to explore.

Tennis court and private beach on site. Access to nearby country park just a short walk away. Fishing and Golf facilities available at sister park, Waldegraves approximately 4 miles away. Also available at Waldegraves: More family entertainment, games room, and restaurant. Parking space next to pitch. Booking recommended in summer. Lighting throughout park. Flush toilets with lighting. Children welcome from any age.

From A12, exit J26 and follow directions B1025 Mersea. Cross The Strood bridge on to Mersea Island. Take the left fork towards East Mersea. Take the second turn on the right into Chapmans Lane & follow the tourist signs.
