About

Six encampments nestle below the stunning Tudor Gatehouse that is Layer Marney Tower. Glamour Camping (glamping) is a comfortable and easy way to get close to the countryside but with a few frills to help you enjoy your stay.

Each encampment which sleeps 6 people, has its own shower, toilet, running water, proper beds, wooden floor and veranda. The encampments are well equipped with all the cooking equipment you might need, the beds will be made for you on arrival. You cook on either an indoor or outdoor stove, there is also a campfire area, perfect for toasting marshmallows and an out door cooking cart.

Enjoy the peace and quiet with owls and deer as your neighbours. Perfect for families who would like their children to enjoy the adventure of making dens, playing outside and just messing about that they did when children themselves, something that is so hard to find in the twenty-first century.
