North Weald Airfield MuseumNorth Weald Airfield Museum

The extensive collection of artefacts, photographs, personal memorabilia and models is displayed in themed rooms, telling the epic story of the airfield and its people from 1916 through to the present day. A striking new memorial and unique Debt of Honour, commemorating all those who served was erected alongside the museum in 2000.

From the M11, take the A414 towards Chelmsford and follow brown signs for 'Memorial and Debt of Honor'. The museum is in the village not on the airfield.

By Public Transport:
Limited bus service (not on Sundays) from Epping station (LTE). Taxi service at station.
