29 - 30 May: Help! Our Mummy is missing! With the help of Private Investigator Heather Nesbitt, use fingerprinting, tyre analysis, microscopes and DNA analysis to find the criminal who stolen the museum's mummy. Booking required.

7, 14, 21 Aug: Summer Safari Trail. Don your pith helmet and your sturdy boots and come on safari. Drop in sessions - no booking required.

30 - 31 Oct: Space Race. Create your own rocket, satellite or space station. No need to book.

7 Dec: Decorate the Museum Christmas Tree - make your own decorations. No need to book.
