About

The Lion Inn has long been a public house extending a warm welcome to travellers for centuries. A recent renovation and extension has not changed this. You can drop in and dine, taste some locally brewed ale, or peruse our extensive wine list.  You can also stay with us in one of our beautifull finished bedrooms, all en-suite, offering everything you need away from home including free WIFI.

Our restaurant, serving food from 12pm until 9pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm until 8pm on Sundays, is a friendly place to stop off, whether you're a lone visitor or a group looking to get together in a vibrant and informal atmosphere.
