There are many walks and cycling routes nearby and plenty of local attractions including the award-winning beaches, Clacton-on-Sea Golf Course, sea fishing and wind surfing. The famous Clacton-on-Sea pier hosts several attractions and an array of shops, bars, restaurants, theatre or enjoy a new movie in the cinema. Further afield, guests can explore the historic town of Colchester, the oldest recorded town in the Britain. Take a step back in time and visit the historic villages in Essex and Constable Country in nearby Suffolk. For a trip to the capital, London is around 1 hour 20 minutes away by train for a day exploring and enjoying the many attractions London has on offer. Beach 100 yards. When approaching Clacton follow signs to the seafront.
When you reach the coast turn right so that the sea is on your left.
You will pass the Toby Pub and then the road turns sharply right.
Take the next turning on your left.... Hastings Avenue
You then pass the RNLI station and a derelict Martello Tower (on left) and soon after that Hastings Road bears right. Go Straight Ahead ...you are then on Selsey Avenue with the sea beside you on your left.
There is a block of flats as you enter Selsey Avenue and then a group of town houses set back.
Go in by the 2nd entrance and the house ... 103 ... Is in front of you
