Curry Farm

About

Curry Farm is the perfect base for those looking for a tranquil holiday in the Essex countryside, providing remarkable views and secluded walks. The southern side of Curry Farm is available as self-contained 2 bedroom accommodation and is situated in 65 acres of private nature reserve and gardens, on the outskirts of Bradwell on Sea.

The entire reserve is given over to nature conservation and is a patchwork of rough grasslands, woodlands, ponds and scrub and is situated less than a mile from the coast. Well known among lepidopterists for its purpose built moth trap, visitors are very welcome to view and photograph moths within the trap. Specialist help with identification can be given.

Bradwell has a number of footpaths to take you along the sea walls and to the ancient chapel of St Cedd. The area is well known for bird watching and sailing.

The village has three pubs that serve food and an Education Centre that offers exciting outdoor activities for the whole family. The historic towns of Maldon and Burnham are only a few miles away.
