Autumn Woods

Hanningfield Reservoir Visitor Centre

Hawkswood Road,
CM11 1WT

Join us for a special evening of ultimate immersion in the forest. Forest Bathing, Meditation and Sound Bath amongst the trees with exclusive after-hours access to the Hanningfield reserve for the ultimate sense of calm and wellbeing whilst bathing in your senses and surroundings. Forest Clouds Nature Therapy and Conscious Breath will guide you on a forest bathing walk through the woodlands, offering guided meditations and finishing with a sound bath in tune with nature. Forest Bathing awakens your senses reconnecting you with your body and nature using mindfulness, meditation, breathing and walking exercises. Once we've tuned into ourselves and the nature around us, we will guide you on a short breath meditation, before submerging you into a sound bath designed to match and enhance your space in nature. As humans, we are made up of an uncountable number of tiny vibrating cells, so it makes sense to sooth and serenade them with what they are...vibrations. We will keep the visitor centre open just for you, with hot drinks and snacks available to purchase at the end of the session. £20 per person. Places are limited so booking is essential. Phone the centre on 01268 711001 to book your place. Meeting at the picnic area in front of Mr Toad’s caravan at 5pm. (Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and footwear, this is a slow walk and can get colder than on a normal pace walk if the weather is cold or wet. Layers are a good idea, and bring waterproofs if rain is likely. Please also bring a small torch for walking back to the visitor centre and your car). This session is for adults only. Those with mobility issues feel free to call the centre to discuss.
