Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we present to you The Passion of Christ, the play that really nails it! A cycle of 4 different plays over 4 days, relating the story of Easter. These plays have everything – a cast of hundreds, a costumed crowd of followers and hecklers, the cutest donkey, a crucifixion, emotion, tears, drama! Whatever you believe, this story changed the history of the world.
Three of the plays are outdoors in different locations in picturesque Great Waltham - the audience will follow the players from place to place around the village centre as the story unfolds. The final play takes place in Great Waltham church. Each play is different and stands alone - visitors can attend as many of the plays as they like.
(Please note that the crucifixion on day 3 takes place in a field with no wheelchair access. )
