About

Harlow is home to an exceptional and growing collection of over 101 public artworks, including masterpieces by some of the greatest sculptors of the 20th century. The vast majority of works can be enjoyed outside 365 days of the year.

Visitors can walk or cycle a self-led sculpture trail, using the digital map on our website, or our printed Map & Guide, available here. Our curated trails tell the story of the collection and take in different areas of the town, as well as Harlow's award winning green spaces and cycle lanes.

Enjoy sculpture focused exhibitions and a permanent watercolour collection at our indoor space, the Gibberd Gallery.

Attend an artist led workshop. We host a range of events for all ages and groups

Join a sculpture tour, led by our supporting Friends of Harlow Sculpture Town organisation.

Exhibitions, events, workshop and tours must be booked in advance. Find more details on our What's On page.

Harlow Sculpture Town’s collection is perfect for socially distanced viewing.  There is work here by artists ranging from Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth to rising talents such as Nick Hornby.  Emerging from lockdown, this idea of art in the open for everyone feels alive and newly relevant.” (Chris Snow, Chair of Harlow Art Trust).
