Details

The wonderful Lift Off event lands again for 2018 during the children’s summer holidays. This tech fest is an eclectic mix of fun activities, technology and science for young and old. With plenty of hands on interactive activities, from dual drone flying to building and launching model planes and rockets, to virtual reality simulators, ‘Hackspace’ activities, microelectronics, robotics and lots more. Be entertained with demonstrations of drone racing, model RC flying and rocket launches, meet other enthusiasts and browse the trade stands. A family day for big kids and little kids!

By Road:
A12 Chelmsford bypass. Take A414 turnoff signposted Danbury. Travel through Danbury to Oak Corner roundabout, travel straight over. Take 1st turning right and travel through Cock Clarks Village. The aerodrome entrance is on the right approx one mile outside the village.
