Stow Maries Great War Aerodrome is delighted to host an RAF 100 Proms night for the first time ever. The Dunmow Wind Band present 'Music under the Stars' as they perform inside a working hangar. Tickets include a glass of Pimms on arrival and a traditional Essex hog roast. A bar will be available on site but please bring your own chair.

The band is a traditional concert band with woodwind, brass and percussion but is also privileged to have bass guitar, lead guitar, keyboard and two vocalists. As the band celebrates its 5th anniversary, it now has over 50 musicians and performs throughout the year as well as being involved in charity events raising over £20,000.

Arrival is from 4.30pm.

By Road:
A12 Chelmsford bypass. Take A414 turnoff signposted Danbury. Travel through Danbury to Oak Corner roundabout, travel straight over. Take 1st turning right and travel through Cock Clarks Village. The aerodrome entrance is on the right approx one mile outside the village.
