Essex Book Festival: The Final Fling at Colchester Arts Centre
Music, Fri 31 Mar 2017, £10
From Arabesques with a Russian twist to a frenetic Stripping the Willow, come and help us celebrate the end of this year’s festival with a bang!
First up is bursleque sensation Iestyn Edwards, aka the Prima Ballerina Madame Galina. Iestyn (Madame Galina) will take us through our ballet steps as he launches his new book My Tutu Went Awol – a hilarious account of his time spent entertaining the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The audience howled with laughter at Madame’s antics, stamped and cheered! Libby Purves, The Times.
Next up, is the inimitable The Hosepipe Band who will take us through a different set of steps as we ceilidh the night away and raise the roof in the much loved Colchester Arts Centre.
Other treats in store…
Book now to avoid disappointment.
