Group Eating Out at Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf and Spa
VISITENGLAND 3 STAR HOTEL, SILVER AWARD, AA 3 STAR HOTEL
Under the leadership of Executive Head Chef Alan Paton, the Lakes Restaurant has confirmed its place as one of the region's best restaurants. The restaurant was recently awarded a second AA Rosette and Executive Head Chef Paton secured a place in the final of the Chef of the Year awards.
The Lakes Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we strive to serve our customers the best produce prepared in innovative and delicious ways. Our fish is provided by owner vessels and fish markets in Scotland and England, while our meat is sourced from local family butchers who put animal husbandry and care above all else.
Even our vegetables are sourced from local farms to ensure the utmost quality and freshness. And, as we are lucky enough to own and operate our own farms, our strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, apples and asparagus come from land adjacent to Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa. You cannot get much fresher than that!
As if that wasn’t enough to make your mouth water, the Lakes Restaurant commands superb views over the lake and 18th greens of both of our championship golf courses, opening out onto the south terrace - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent panoramic scenery.
The Lakes Restaurant offers a superb daily menu selection and is open to hotel guests, club members and non-members alike.
