The Folly at The Minories Galleries
Historic Site, free entry
Visit and learn about our 18th century Folly, Grade II listed and full of character and eccentricity.
The Minories has a beautiful walled garden with Gothic folly which is licensed for wedding ceremonies. The folly is believed to have been built around 1745 and is probably one of the earliest surviving buildings of the Gothic Revival and has been given a Grade II listed status.
The garden and Folly are both registered with the Essex Gardens Trust.
