Details

The cottages are situated in designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Sheep graze the fields to the rear of the cottages. The cottages have been furnished to a very high standard. The large kitchen/diner is well equipped with over, hob, hood, microwave, freezer, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher in the larger cottages. There are music centres and TV/DVD in the sitting rooms. Internet access is available. All cottages have central heating. Linen and towels are provided. The bedrooms are large and most have en-suite bath or shower.
The large landscaped garden has patios with garden furniture and a pavilion and gas BBQ. Croquet and other garden games are there for our guests to use. We ask our guests to arrive between 4pm and 6pm unless arrangements have been made with the owners.

The local leisure centre Saffron Walden (9 miles). In Clavering Village we have a children's play area, tennis courts, bowling green. There are fishing lakes within 1 mile of the cottages, daily tickets, rod and tackle hire available. The fishing lodge is open for home made food throughout the day and is an ideal place for lunch or afternoon tea. Enclosed courtyard for parking. Children welcome from any age.

By Road:
From Newport take the B1038 to Clavering for 2.8 miles. At the Cricketers pub turn right then immediately left signed Stickling Green. After 1.2 miles turn right at T Junction (you will see a windmill without any sails in front of you) continue down the hill and straight on towards Langley Lower Green Road for 0.7 miles. The cottages are on your right.
