Baumanns Brasserie was established in 1986 in the North Essex Village of Coggeshall. Famed for its innovative cuisine and eclectic feel the Brasserie is headed up by double rosette winning British Master Chef Mark Baumann. The 80 seater restaurant - voted as one of the UK top 10 Brasseries by the Times newspaper is open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, and for afternoon teas by appointment.
