Head Chef Steve is the envy of many chefs, he is lucky to have fresh, quality produce on his doorstep (well actually just down the stairs!). Using the produce from the store Steve is able to change the menu for our 60 seater restaurant regularly. Using seasonal produce he comes up with fantastic menus that mix traditional British food alongside the taste of the exotic. Our breakfast's are legendary in the local area with many customers telling us just how much they love them. We put this down to simple things such as sausages made by our butcher Andy, fresh free range eggs from Kiln farm and of course juicy tomatoes from Darren the green grocer. If you enjoy your meal and want to recreate the dish at home, then ask a member of staff and they can tell you which counter you can buy the ingredients from.
