Mistley Kitchen
The Mistley Kitchen is providing its own smorgasbord of day courses including Indian Seafood with Badu, Mezze and Middle Eastern Snacks, Inspired Italian Seafood, South East Asian Cooking and Fab French to mention but a few. The workshops take place in an elegant Grade II listed townhouse in the Georgian port village of Mistley and are run by Sherri Singleton who has 20 years experience as a caterer, consultant, award-winning restaurateur and executive chef in both her native southern California and in the UK.
The Cookery Worskhop
Bryan and Jo Beattie from Coastal Foods are passionate about food and always happy to share their skills and knowledge with anyone who asks. They are providing you with an opportunity to go along to one of their cookery workshops or demonstrations to enhance your culinary skills and make preparing food fun! The cookery workshops/lessons combine participation and demonstration. We will provide you with a complete menu and recipes to follow. Recipes include discussion on special equipment, ingredients and alternatives to use in case of dietary restrictions. Numbers are limited so book early. Each class ends with the group enjoying the food together.
Just Cook Cookery School
Do you wish to step up a level on the culinary front? Just Cook Cookery School in Newport, near Saffron Walden provides beginners to advanced classes that range from children cookery sessions to preparing tapas or a Middle Eastern banquet.
Baumanns Academy
Learn the tricks of the trade from local TV chef and author Mark Baumann in a fun but informative cookery class which are temporarily being held at our very own working kitchen here at Baumanns Brasserie!
