Beach combing is good fun and fossils can be found at Walton-on-the-Naze, sharks’ teeth being a local speciality! Pop into the Naze Tower here for the café and exhibition. Climb the 111 steps up to the viewing platform for spectacular, 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside and seascape. On a clear day you can see 30 miles away!
