Town Centre,

In late April 2018, the Resorting to the Coast project hosted a very well attended and lively conference in Walton-on-the-Naze. Focused on the Tendring coastal resorts of Dovercourt, Walton, Frinton, Clacton and Jaywick Sands, the main aim of this conference was to establish what lessons (if any) could be learnt from the past to help reinvigorate the future of the region.

You are now warmly invited to our second concluding Resorting to the Coast conference. Through a mixture of presentationt and discussion this event will concentrate on what has actually been learnt by the project team and various stakeholders. Delegates will discuss the impact of the project on the different resorts. We also ask local communities living in the Tendring region to help us map out the way ahead and shape the legacy of Resorting to the Coast.
