After nearly 30 years from starting the Chariots, Alec's new project is built not only with devotion but years of expertise. He has lovingly restored the former Green Man Public House, investing 2.25 million pounds in his new venture, which is a prominent landmark within the local community of Navestock Side.
Alec's Restaurant Bar and Grill sets out to provide simple, sophisticated food cooked the way you wish. Head chef Stephen Li, with whom Alec has collaborated before on previous ventures, brings his knowledge and expertise from the most superbly designed kitchen area. Classic fried cod in beer batter sits happily with steamed sea bass with an oriental twist. Produce is purchased daily from Billingsgate and Spitalfields Markets and specials reflect seasonal availability.
