Why not make a big splash at the Lee Valley White Water Centre host venue for the white water rafting at the London 2012 Olympic Games for an adrenaline-pumping activity where you can ride the same rapids the Olympians did. Or climb to great heights on the high ropes at Rope Runners or Gilwell Park. Alternatively spend all your energy at Wild Forest Gym, a stimulating 20-acre forest gym and obstacle race environment.

Like animals? Then you also have the opportunity to mingle with the elephants and snakes whilst getting to know each other in the monkey enclosure at Colchester Zoo! End the day with a quick-fire round of Quaser at Rollerworld.

If that sounds too energetic (or scary!), then why not offer your team an incentive to enjoy one of our award winning spas such as Lifehouse or Stoke-by-Nayland Hotel, Golf and Spa where they can relax and rejuvenate. Others may prefer to sit back and enjoy the Essex countryside in one of our picturesque vineyards such as West Street, whilst participating in a team wine tasting session.

Many Essex venues such as Osea Island can be used as a blank canvas for team building activities of your choice, and event staff will always be willing to help you create your own bespoke programme.

Inspire and motivate in Essex!
