Food & Drink

You can be assured of delicious, fresh, seasonal produce in our café and restaurant much of which is straight from our vegetable garden. Pop in to the Clover Café for breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea and cake. However, if you’re after something more substantial, there is the Gardeners Rest restaurant, overlooking the iconic Dry Garden, where you can linger over a leisurely lunch with family and friends.

Shopping

Our Garden Centre has free entry and stocks a wide range of top-quality plants, tools and accessories with experts on hand to answer your questions. We also offer a 5-year guarantee on all hardy plants, so you can buy with confidence. Looking for a gift or even a treat for yourself? There are horticultural books, artisan foods, kitchen accessories and our RHS Exclusive products (available only in our shops), so be sure to visit and take a piece of RHS Garden Hyde Hall home with you.

Events

Throughout the year, the garden is an inspirational backdrop for a host of exciting events including family activities, plant fairs and flower shows, craft fairs, exhibitions, live music and theatre. We also offer an engaging programme of learning activities from toddler gardening clubs, to adult workshops where you can enhance your horticultural knowledge, or get creative with painting and photography classes.
