About

Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Essex village of Little Dunmow, The Flitch of Bacon is a restaurant with rooms and currently holds the dual accolade of 3 AA rosettes for its restaurant and 4 AA stars for its rooms.

There are 3 sumptuous double rooms on site each complete with en suite, flat-screen TV, minibar service for drinks and Nespresso coffee machines. Each room is named after a rare bree of pig, inkeeping with the Flitch of Bacon theme and offers elegant style and individual charm.
