Essex Outdoors Mersea has over 20 activities from climbing and high ropes to caving and a zip wire. It is located on the charming island of Mersea on the edge of the River Blackwater estuary, only 9 miles from the centre of Colchester. Essex Outdoors Mersea has undergone significant investment and now boasts several new activities, including the tallest team swing in the South East where you can experience 4Gs, an aerial obstacle course, an indoor archery range and new caving facilities.

With more than 60 acres of carefully maintained grounds and commanding far-reaching views over the estuary, the centre can accommodated up to 500 visitors at a time. Essex Outdoors Mersea is offers a range of accommodation facilities from a purpose built self-contained residential block and state of the art cabins to traditional patrol tents.

Alongside this Essex Outdoors Mersea offers a fully equipped conference facility which can be used independently or mixed with team development activities and fantastic food options.
