About

Potters Resorts offer the UK's Only All-Inclusive Short Breaks, where guests are free to enjoy everything they need on their holiday, as standard, within one simple break price.

With comfortable accommodation for a dreamy night's sleep, delicious food on a full board basis (4 meals a day!), a variety of sports and leisure facilities and fun-filled activities throughout, a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits, soft drinks and all those hot favourites to warm you up, and last but not least, stunning nightly entertainment from the talented Potters Theatre Company, a break at Potters is something truly unique.

While we are proud to offer a truly inclusive break designed to allow guests to relax while enjoying Quality Time Together, it would mean little without a friendly team taking care of everything for you.

Delivering hospitality in the truest sense of the word, you can be assured of a friendly welcome and a fun camaraderie that guests have enjoyed on their breaks at Potters for over 100 years.

For those seeking an extra challenge, you can upgrade to enjoy a round of the stunning 18-Hole Lakes Course, one of the premium golf experiences in Essex. Or if you're seeking some quiet pampering time, The Spa at Five Lakes offers a range of treatments, packages and products to help you unwind in style.

And while there is plenty to keep you occupied on your break, Potters Resorts Five Lakes is just a stone's throw from the stunning Blackwater Estuary, and conveniently located a short drive away from Colchester and Chelmsford, each offering local history and popular attractions.

With 3-Night Weekend and 4-Night Midweek Breaks designed for adults and available all year round, Potters Resorts Five Lakes is the perfect place to gather your friends and loved ones for a short break experience to remember.
