About

Lee Valley Regional Park is London's biggest open space, a unique mix of award-winning sport and leisure facilities, heritage sites, gardens, nature reserves and riverside trails. Stretching over 10,000 acres the Regional Park winds its way 26 miles along the banks of the River Lee from Ware in Hertfordshire, down through Essex, North and East London, through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to East India Dock Basin on the River Thames.

The diverse nature of the open spaces and venues that the park offers makes it an idea location for events, from small scale community focussed days, to fun runs and 10ks, car boot sales, full on festivals with thousand of people a day attending to international elite sporting events at our London 2012 legacy venues.

Our experienced events team have in-depth knowledge of hosting events of different scales and types - they'll help you put on the event that you've planned. They'll be on hand right from your initial enquiry and site visits, to help with advising on logistics and paperwork required down to on the day support for the event organisers.

Not only is the park great for events but makes a fantastic filming location too making a starring role in music videos, fashion shoots by names such as Burberry to appearing on TV and in feature films too. So if you're looking for open spaces, built up or natural environments, historic gardens and buildings, award winning architecture, working farms, campsites, golf course, world class sports facilities or a unit base Lee Valley has it all.
