About
The 100 year old Edwardian Promenade park features an ornamental lake, kids splash park, beach huts (available for hire), sandpits, a galleon play-ship area, zip-wire and several picnic areas. The park hosts events throughout the year and provides spectacular river views over the Blackwater Estuary.
The park was opened in 1895 to provide the people of Maldon with a large and well equipped public space.
