The Witham Games Arena will consist of an escape room, laser tag centre and virtual reality space and will be set up directly above the entrance to the Newlands Shopping centre.
The laser tag zone, called Laserscape, will be the first to open and will feature a large, state-of-the-art of arena with all the latest laser technology.
It will have a Punch and Judy theme and be based in a seaside setting.
The game will be suitable for children aged four and up, but can be played by all ages.
