Come along to our family open day and enjoy our museum trails, arts and crafts, fire safety room, old fire engines and water squirting. The museum is free entry but visits must be pre-booked as we are on the site of a working fire station.

Driving directions: From the A13, take the exit at the A1012 Grays junction. At the roundabout follow the A1012/Grays / Chafford Hundred directional signage. At the next roundabout (named Treacle Mine Roundabout) take the 3rd exit sign posted A1012 / Town Centre / Chafford. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit to the left. At the end of the road turn left. Grays Fire station is on the right hand side. There is parking on the grass at the front of the fire station; Essex Fire Museum is located behind the fire station.
