About

This year we launch our brand new Christmas experience - Grab your passport & boarding pass and join us for a truly special experience this Christmas, our biggest event yet! The journey through Christmas will begin by trying to get through passport control, where our VERY cheeky elves will be checking if you have made it to the naughty or nice list, let's hope you haven't made it to their naughty list! Then continue on the magical journey through our North Pole Toy Workshop where the kids can make their very own unique Call of the Wild Zoo Penguin plush! After you have built your toy, you can then enjoy gingerbread biscuit decorating as a little treat before meeting Father Christmas himself! Father Christmas will be sharing some enchanting stories and presenting each child and adult an exclusive gift. Our Zoo Groove Rangers will also be entertaining you along the way during this experience. Please allow approx. 2&1/2 half hours to complete the experience. You will also get access to go onto our exclusive ice rink with your tickets, so don't miss out on this and have fun with all the family!
