Come along and hear XL426's Olympus engines howl at full power and see the Vulcan's brake parachute bring XL426 to a halt.
Viewing will be from the Trust's exclusive visitor area in front of its hangar. This will give an uninterrupted view across the airport and unrivaled photographic opportunities.
XL426 will make two taxi-runs down the runway. The second pass will be at high-speed and XL426 will deploy her brake parachute (subject to serviceability).
XL426 will then taxi back to the apron area, giving a superb close-up view as the Vulcan taxies in and shuts down her engines.

Bus - Arriva Bus Routes 7, 8 and 9 serve London Southend Airport.
Train - London Southend Airport station is 10 minutes' walk from the Vulcan.
