About

You can now enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in one of the stunning rooms of E A Bowles lifelong home. You'll enjoy the stunning features of the Grade II listed Georgian house and the history within. Our menu features a delightful array of finger sandwiches and an assortment of mini cakes, each crafted to provide you with a perfect blend of flavours and textures.

Our selection of finger sandwiches offers classic fillings, from the creamy egg mayonnaise with cress to the rich and flavourful coronation chicken. Each bite is a taste of timeless tradition.

Indulge in our assortment of mini cakes, where you'll find everything from the decadence of chocolate eclairs to the fruity sweetness of fruit scones. Whether you prefer the richness of a chocolate brownie or the lightness of a custard slice, there's something to satisfy every sweet tooth.

Complement your treats with our fine loose leaf teas. Choose the aromatic Supreme Earl Grey for a touch of sophistication, or enjoy the robust flavours of our English Breakfast tea, perfect for a traditional pairing with your afternoon delights.

Sessions are 90 minutes and run at 12:00 and 14:00. Afternoon teas are available on selected dates – please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
