Jazz in the Vines:

Celebrate English Wine Week 2026 in style at Crouch Ridge Vineyard with a special edition of our much-loved Jazz in the Vines event — a perfect combination of award-winning English wines, live music, and spectacular vineyard scenery in the heart of the renowned Crouch Valley.

As English Wine Week shines a spotlight on one of the UK's fastest growing and most exciting industries, there could hardly be a better place to raise a glass than amongst the vines themselves. With panoramic views across the River Crouch, endless summer skies and rows of flourishing vineyards stretching into the distance, Crouch Ridge offers a uniquely relaxed and atmospheric way to experience the very best of English wine country.

Taking place from 11am–6pm, the Wine Barn will be open throughout the day, with live music from 2pm provided by the superb Essex Jazz Collective featuring acclaimed UK saxophonist Zak Barrett. Guests can expect an effortlessly stylish soundtrack of Swing, Latin, Blues, Fusion, and Bebop drifting across the vineyard terrace — the perfect accompaniment to a chilled glass of English sparkling wine on a summer afternoon.

Visitors are invited to make a day of it, enjoying the terrace and picnic benches or bringing along chairs and blankets to relax amongst the vines. Whether enjoying a crisp Blanc de Blancs, a Gold Award-winning sparkling cuvée or one of the estate's elegant still wines, Jazz in the Vines captures everything people now love about English wine tourism: beautiful landscapes, outstanding local produce, relaxed hospitality, and memorable experiences shared with friends and family.

With English wines now internationally recognised for their quality and character, English Wine Week is the ideal opportunity to discover why Crouch Ridge and the Crouch Valley have become one of the country's most talked-about wine destinations. Combining award-winning wines with live jazz and stunning vineyard views, Jazz in the Vines promises an unforgettable celebration of the remarkable rise of English wine.

Tickets are only £10 per person, with live music from 2pm. For more information visit ww.crouchridge.com or call 01621 450450.
