During this 60 minute tour, Jackie will point out the architectural designs as she guides you from the pretty gardens with views across the estuary, into the Church and onto the tallest Gatehouse in England.

Hear some interesting facts, some fictional and some infamous!  It has been home to no less than 11 families since this unfinished Tudor palace was built.

You are welcome to drop in and out of the tour if you are unable to climb the steps in the Gatehouse, sit and enjoy the view from the gardens while you wait.

Your ticket includes general admission, therefore you may wish to arrive earlier and enjoy a light lunch and refreshments from our tea room and then finish your visit with a cool lemonade or ice cream from our gift shop.
