About

This exhibition, LIGHT and SHADOW, which runs until 27th March, is an interesting one. All three artists have been influenced by the pandemic, having had time to be outdoors, immersed in the landscape and seeing the details. Etchings and monotype prints based on landscape and trees by Suman Gujral are complemented by ceramics, some tiny, by Karen Banks and small lead sculptures, some enhanced with gold, by Mary Down. There has been shadow, but light has shone through and can be seen in this exhibition.
