About

Come along to The Naze to discover why our cliffs are so special. Our introduction tells you about The Naze geology and where to find fossils before heading out on a group fossil hunt. Please bring a bag or bucket to collect your fossils in and wear sturdy footwear. This event is most suitable for ages 5+, All children and adults attending need to purchase a ticket, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

You will need sturdy boots or shoes for going to the beach. Please note that the beach access is via steps, and is unsuitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The car Park is managed by Tendring District Council and parking charges apply.
