About

The 6 km course takes you through muddy farmland, woodlands and lakes, and is complete with approximately 40+ obstacles to test your determination, agility and adventurous spirit.

Set in the heart of the Secret Nuclear Bunker Estate in Essex, and while challenging, it's open to participants aged 13+ (adult accompaniment required for 13 – 15 year olds) and welcomes all fitness levels.

You'll be chip‑timed and receive a finishers medal, but there's no penalty for skipping obstacles, meaning that you can enjoy the experience and take your race at your pace.
