The next step up for young racers aged 9–14, Rush Rookies 3km is for those who are ready for a more challenging and adventurous obstacle experience.

Covering a longer and slightly tougher course than the standard Rookies, it features mud, water, climbing, crawling and more complex obstacles to test balance, coordination and stamina in a safe, supervised environment.

Every finisher receives a medal, giving them a sense of achievement and a taste of the bigger, Nuclear Races ahead.
