About

Join us for a relaxing and healing sound bath at Doddinghurst Hall

The beautiful frequency of sound healing slows down the parasympathetic nervous system, taking your brainwaves to lower frequencies (Theta / Delta) to help you to relax. When your brain and nervous system operate in low vibration is when the healing happens as the physical body repairs and heals when you allow your body to operate without the pressures of daily life. This is a great complementary session to support your general wellbeing and mental health.
