Located in the heart of Constable Country, this family run award winning restaurant offers cuisine that is a skilful mixture of the classic and exciting. Le Talbooth at Dedham has been run by the Milsom family since 1952 and has always enjoyed a fine reputation for a warm welcome and the quality of food, wine and accommodation.
A unique business has been created linking the riverside restaurant, Le Talbooth, with the luxury suites at Maison Talbooth.
The restaurant enjoys a strong local following with a range of competitively priced menus, and the hotel is a founding member of the Pride of Britain Consortia of Country House Hotels.

From London
Turn off M25 at Brentwood onto A12. Continue on A12 towards Ipswich. Bypass Colchester. Take the left exit signposted "Stratford St Mary, Dedham and Higham." At the bottom of the hill, continue round sharp left bend, Le Talbooth is immediately on the left.
From Ipswich
A12 - Having passed sign to East Bergholt, continue down hill and take left exit to Stratford St Mary and Dedham. Then take the next right turn to Stratford St Mary. Continue through village, over the river Stour, Le Talbooth is on your right next to the river.

The nearest railway station is Manningtree, which is 5 miles away.
