Join us for the day to learn how to better look after your mental health with an introduction to our Mental Health Toolkit and gain an understanding of how plants are closely linked with wellbeing by an expert at the gardens. Full access to Beth Chatto Plants & Gardens included! All funds raised from this event will support mental health services across Mid and North East Essex Mind.
