The Town Hall as you never seen it before…
Are ready to step into Colchester's dark and eerie past?
Take a trip through the maze-like narrow corridors and atmospheric rooms within the Town Hall where you'll experience an immersive scare event not for the faint hearted.
Beware the Scare will bring to life some of the most terrifying events to have taken place in Britain's oldest recorded city.
We just hope you have the stomach for it!

The event will be last approx. 1 hour.

Event suitable for ages 16+ under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

This event include strobe lighting, special effects and haze.

Due the nature of the building the scare route includes stairs, therefore is not suitable with those with mobility issues. Please indicate in the questionnaire at the checkout if you require the accessibility route with the lift as part of the route.
