He returns to play in Colchester for the first time in two years, having released the critically acclaimed album and book Big Sea during the pandemic. Written around a time of illness, Big Sea is an exuberant and hope-filled celebration of the peaks and troughs of life and death through vivid songs about east coast creeks, shattering storms, mystic pelicans and the Colchester martyrs.
