The Paddocks is stepping into an exciting new era — and we're kicking things off with one of the biggest names in UK comedy.
For more than 40 years, The Comedy Store has launched the careers of comedy greats including John Bishop, Jimmy Carr, Rhod Gilbert, and Sarah Millican. Now, their acclaimed Best in Stand-Up shows are coming to Canvey Island! Get ready for:

The Paddocks has a long history of iconic performances — from early pub‑rock heroes like Dr Feelgood and Lew Lewis, to legendary appearances by the Hot Rods, and even Queen back in 1974. Now, after its transformation, the venue is ready to make history all over again.
Cllr Tom Gibson, Portfolio Holder for Assets and Special Projects at Castle Point Borough Council, says:
