This event is in two parts. You can join us in the morning for a scenic sea wall walk via East Tilbury Village and Coal House Fort. Or you can join us in the afternoon for a shorter walk around the town from Bata Memorial Gardens to Gobions Park.

East Tilbury Primary school students lead a guided tour as we walk in the shoes of those who make our community great. We will arrive at Gobions park to a musical performance from Kinetika Bloco and Thurrock Lifestyle Solutions to kick start the community celebrations.

There will be free music and dance workshops for all to enjoy. Bring a picnic and make a day of it!

If you'd just like to attend the community event at Gobions Park and not join any walks, this is free, open to all and doesn't need to be booked.
