Looking for a fun, family-friendly fireworks event? Check out Elmstead's Big Bang Fireworks Festival!

Bigger and better than ever, this year it's taking place on 7 November at Elmstead Market Cricket Ground in Elmstead Market, Essex. There's plenty for all ages, so wrap up warm and get involved.

Gates open 4pm and you can enjoy live music from local bands, food, bar, glow in the dark merch, sparkers and tea cup ride.

What more could you want? Fireworks! A professional display sparks into life 7pm

All money raised on the night goes to EPSA (Elmstead Primary School Association) to raise vital funds for the school, helping it afford extras like iPads so the kids can keep up with technology to annual tickets to see the local pantomime.
